Step 1:

Step 2:
Transfer your BTC or ETH to an exchange that trades NRG. You can try KuCoin or any other exchange that trades/sells NRG.
Step 3:
Make the purchase of NRG. If you are using KuCoin, you will need to go to Markets>Trade. Select NRG/BTC or NRG/ETC and then buy how many coins you would like to own.
Congratulations! You now own NRG coins.
